Policies

Cancellation:

• If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Check in:  From 14:00 hours
Check out:  Until 12:00 hours

Children and extra beds:

• Free! All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using children’s cots/cribs.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.
• Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets:  Pets are not allowed.

Accepted credit cards:  Sofia Pension accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival: Visa / Mastercard.
